What were the company's objectives for this edition of Sigma Europe in Malta?

SiGMA Europe was in a much larger purpose-built venue in comparison to last year.

This meant more delegates and visitors to the event. This means more efforts and proper preparation to be organized by our team to get the best result from the exhibition.  We were pleased to attend this event, as it provides opportunities to meet our existing partners to discuss plans for the remainder of the year and of course for the first quarter of next year.

Likewise, we had a busy pre-meeting schedule and lots of walk-ups to our stand, in which we can showcase our fast games portfolio.

What novelties did you present at the event and what was the feedback you got from the attendees and visitors to your stand?

Operators are always seeking new gaming content, that drives both engagement and revenue. As one of the market leaders in the crash/instant games category, our games improve both player acquisition and retention, and generate profitable growth.

Therefore, operators were very keen to understand how to add fast games to their casino lobby, to attract players looking for simpler, faster gaming experiences. We on our side were happy to present the wide variety of channels our games are available through.

Ninja Crash was also discussed by many operators’, as we have received a strong pipeline of enquiries from Europe to Latin America, as the game is very popular due to its ‘cake theme’, great graphics, well known and accepted concept in social gaming and of course, playability.  Overall, attendee and visitor feedback were excellent as we were able to help operators understand the fast games category more and the appeal it has for the end players. Moreover, we presented more updates from our portfolio – Atlantis, another game you definitely know from childhood, Maestro – our new addition to Crash portfolio, and Turbo mines – an improved and more innovative version of the mines game which has already caught the attention of many partners we have.

What do you think about this edition of Sigma Europe, and what do you consider to be the highlights during this edition of the event?

This was the first-time for SiGMA Europe in its new much larger venue. The outside space provided a nice vibe and festival feel allowing for a more relaxed environment to network and to speak with existing and of course new partners.

The seminars again were excellent and helped to continue the debates on what is next over the next few years within iGaming. Overall SiGMA put on another fantastic event.

In your opinion, what do you think it´s required to attract the next generation of gambling players, and what role does your company play in the development of the innovations of the sector in the region?

We are fortunate to work in a great company such as Galaxsys. Our team of over 70+ comes from various background in iGaming. This allows us to look at the supply chain and trends with a 360-degree view, of which we always put the player at the centre of that journey.

In terms of attracting the next generation, Galaxsys games are already doing that. Players are looking for simpler experiences in everything they do in their online journey and consumption of digital services and products.

Players / consumers wish to maximize their valuable time, and if you only have a certain amount of leisure time for gaming, you won’t to be able to play the game quickly and enjoy it.  Fast games deliver that proposition, you don’t have to figure out complicated pay-lines, wilds, features etc, you start the game which is fun and intuitive and build up your confidence levels.

Our company is always listening to players, how they feel, their emotions, behaviors and so forth. We use this and focus on solving players problems and creating micro-experiences for these players, that keeps them coming back again and again.

Fast Games, as a category still has a great growth curve ahead of it, and we at Galaxsys are delighted to be one of the leaders in this sector.
